Spark Agent Affiliate Agreement
By submitting an application to the Spark Agent Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Commissions and Earnings
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn up to 40% commission on Qualifying Sales.
- Qualifying Sales: A sale must use your unique Affiliate Link or Coupon Code and result in a cleared payment.
- Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid approximately 45 days after month-end.
- Payout Methods: Payouts can be processed via Egyptian digital wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash) for EGP currency, or via PayPal for USD currency based on your preference.
- Minimum Payout: Minimum threshold is $50 (USD) or 2500 (EGP).
- Returns and Refunds: If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Ethical Marketing: Market Spark Agent products in a professional and truthful manner.
- Compliance: Comply with all anti-spam laws and regulations.
- No Brand Bidding: Prohibited from bidding on keywords like "Spark Agent" in search engine ads.
- Self-Purchases: Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link for personal use.
3. Relationship of Parties
The parties are independent contractors. The Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes and social contributions.
4. Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time. Any outstanding commissions will be paid out in the final cycle.
